Thank you for supporting my work. Below are the general terms that apply when purchasing prints or digital images from my store.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed by trusted professional labs and fulfillment partners. Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be modified or canceled.

• Please double-check your order details before submitting, including print sizes, finishes, and shipping information.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timelines vary by product and delivery location. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout.

• I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or incorrect address information entered by the buyer.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the custom nature of prints and digital files, all sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I will work to resolve the issue.

• For print quality concerns, please include a clear photo of the issue when reaching out.

4. Digital Products

• Digital downloads are delivered via email or direct download upon purchase. Please back up your files—downloads may be time-limited.

• Refer to the Digital Image License for usage terms.

5. Sales Tax

• Sales tax is charged where applicable, based on your billing location and current state/local regulations
